Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.
This policy is to assure that patients have access to care when needed. We take your time very seriously and are committed to serving you with the highest level of care. When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call our office 24 hours in advance if you are unable to make your appointment.
Please give us a 24-hour notice to cancel your appointment. Except for emergency situations, missing an appointment without proper notification will result in a cancellation/no show fee. The Cancellation/No Show Fee is $30 for adjusting appointments, $20 for laser only appointments and $50 for new or returning patients, and massage appointments.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, the doctor and/or your therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session. Out of respect and consideration to your doctor/ therapist and other patients, please plan accordingly and be on time.
